Our Mission

Launched in 2013, the Telluride Venture Network (TVN) is a nationally recognized, award winning entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports new, innovative, and growing businesses. TVN is rooted in the history of innovation for which Telluride is known, including Nicolas Tesla’s first AC power transmission to electrify the mines as well as the creation of a world class ski area. TVN’s mission to diversify the regional economy has resulted in 50 graduating companies, dozens of new jobs, millions of investment dollars raised, 1,000+ hours of mentoring, and the birth of high-impact efforts such as the Telluride Venture Fund (TVF), a regional loan fund, and an active co-working space.

Rooted in the history of innovation for which Telluride is known, we offer plenty of options for entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and community members to get involved in our variety of resources to help the Southwest Colorado region thrive.

Bootcamps

TVN will continue its historical focus on bootcamps, 10-day intensive sessions guided by seasoned mentors. In 2021, thanks to a generous supporter, we will be introducing a new, dedicated bootcamp focused on immigrant communities.

Mentor and Investor Network

This new effort is intended to support entrepreneurs graduating from TVN and/or growing ventures in the Telluride region. Programs include mentor matching, monthly networking events, curated content, and access to TVN's annual demo day.

San Juan Regional Loan fund

We help inspired people create thriving businesses with funding, education, and resources. We currently offer two loan options including the Emergency Loan Fund and Small Business Working Capital Loan Fund.

Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Growth and Support

TVN serves as the center of gravity for entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, startups, and mentors in our area. We are eager to continue to grow the community, diversify the leadership, and advocate for entrepreneurship and remote-worker resources.

Telluride Venture Fund

The Telluride Venture Fund (TVF) is a start-up and early stage equity investment fund focused on the Colorado Plateau region and other special opportunities.

Telluride Venture Network Launches First Bootcamp of the Year

Press Release The Telluride Venture Network (previously known as the TVA) is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications to the 2021 Investment Bootcamp. Applications will be open through May 31st, 2021, and companies will be accepted on a rolling basis. The TVN’s Investment Bootcamp is for startup companies that are actively seeking equity or revenue-based investment.
