Work From Anywhere
March 21, 2022 - April 1, 2022

Dates: March 21, 2022 – April 1, 2022
Program description:
Building a remote or remote-friendly company opens the door for start-ups anywhere to attract amazing talent, but it comes with some challenges.
Founders are struggling with core challenges like: How do you stay aligned on team goals? How do you stay in sync with work across the company? How do you share learnings across the company? How do you keep talented employees motivated and engaged in the work? How do you build a great company culture? What’s the best way to bring people together in person?
The world is now experiencing an explosion in experimentation that will influence what the future of work looks like. A growing number of technology solutions and tools like Clickup, Asana, Monday, Slack, and others have been created to facilitate efficiencies but they don’t solve all of the issues facing businesses. The focus of TVN’s Work from Anywhere Boot Camp is to teach best practices for operating and growing a remote or hybrid scalable company.
Participants will learn tools and skills related to respectful confrontation, goal setting, work management, running productive meetings, team building, integrating learnings, work prioritization and planning, staying in sync, accountability, and ideation. We’ll also cover remote aspects of some functional areas like technology and sales.
Program design:
This is a two-week hybrid program with an emphasis on leveling up growing companies with a presence outside the Front Range in Colorado. The first week (March 21-25th) will be fully remote, and the second week (March 28th through the morning of April 1st) will be in-person in Telluride. Each day will include a two-hour morning session (9:30-11:30 mountain) and a two-hour afternoon session (1-3pm mountain), leaving plenty of time to get other work done during the day. Introductions to relevant and interested investors are possible where desirable and appropriate.
Register: Work from Anywhere Boot Camp Application
Applications accepted through February 28th
Company participation fee:
$1,000 per company, this includes housing for 1-2 founders in Telluride during the second week of the program. Fee waivers will be considered for promising startups where the fee is burdensome.
Geographic prioritization:
The program is open to any company with a footprint in Colorado, though priority will be given to companies with employees based in rural Colorado.
