Workshop description:
“Shore Up Your Business” is the final workshop in our multi-year series focused on building, growing, and sustaining successful small businesses in the Telluride region. Presented by the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business Deming Center for Entrepreneurship and taught by Erick Mueller, entrepreneur and award-winning professor, this interactive certificate course will take place in Telluride and will focus on the core elements that are critical to every successful business venture, regardless of stage, to help you strengthen and reinforce your strategy.
During the workshop participants will learn how to create an amazing culture, how to grow marketing impact, which levers to push to increase cash flow and reduce costs, and how to create/refine a compelling pitch.
This workshop is ideal for aspiring entrepreneurs, existing small business owners interested in growing their business and local leaders wanting to support entrepreneurial growth.
